Dairy makes you fat

Milk Isn't NaturalOur bodies are made to drink milk – our mothers milk. In fact, we are the only creature that chooses to drink another species milk. Weird. Since our bodies are not suppose to drink milk beyond infancy, this has manifested into a large population of lactose intolerant humans.

How many people are lactose intolerant?

  • Almost 100% of Asians
  • 80% of Indians
  • 70% of Blacks
  • 20% of Caucasians

People with this intolerance can experience gas, discomfort, and diarrhea.

Dairy is full of fat and devoid of fiber

Milk is suppose to make babies nice and fat. Whether it’s a 20lb child or a 400lb calf. While milk is high in protein and fat, milk lacks carbs and has no fiber. What about calcium? There is double the calcium in 3.4 oz of tofu versus 6.7 oz of milk.

In addition, a recent study came to the conclusion that, “consuming more than three servings each day made you 35 percent more likely to become overweight than those who drank one or two.” While the National Dairy Council spends $200 million in 3 years on promoting the idea that milk can help people lose weight, all the studies show if you cut dairy out you will lose weight.
